Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a line cook to support busy kitchen operations. You will maintain the station, prep items, and cook according to standards while adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

You will read orders (verbal or written) and prepare meals quickly and accurately, ensuring quality and portion control. Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking the station at the start and end of each shift, with additional prep as needed to support service.
