COCOS IRB LLC is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and cook menu items, set up and stock cooking stations, and maintain clean and organized work areas. The role requires following safe handling practices and monitoring quality and storage temperatures to ensure timely, consistent meals.

You will assist with opening/closing duties, help with prep, and collaborate with servers and management to deliver smooth service while minimizing waste and adhering to health regulations.

• Minimize food waste and follow proper inventory rotation procedures (FIFO).
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and health department regulations.
