Job Openings: Line Cooks, Cashiers, and Expo

We are looking to hire energetic and driven team members for the following roles: line cooks, cashiers, and expo. Our concept features an open kitchen, allowing guests to be part of our daily kitchen activities. We seek team members who take pride in their workspace, their team, and their cooking, and who are eager to grow with our rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation: Chopping, slicing, and prepping ingredients for assigned dishes.
  2. Cooking Station Management: Setting up and maintaining a designated cooking station with necessary equipment and supplies.
  3. Cooking: Preparing menu items according to recipes, ensuring proper doneness and presentation.
  4. Time Management: Working efficiently to meet order deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicating with kitchen staff, including the chef and expeditor, to coordinate orders.
  6. Food Safety: Adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
  7. Inventory Control: Monitoring and managing ingredient inventory at your station.
  8. Cleaning and Organization: Keeping the workstation clean and organized.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Not required
  • Languages: English – Advanced
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Open
  • Salary: $16.50 – $20 hourly
  • Benefits: Extra tips on each shift
