Position: Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

Objective: To serve people by preparing great tasting and visually appealing food. You will handle assigned prep work and cook stations, ensuring high standards for presentation, quality, and timing. You will learn to prepare all menu items per recipes and specifications, and as a member of the Kitchen Team, you will be cross-trained across all kitchen roles.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation as per station diagram.
• Maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices.
• Clean and sanitize work areas before, during, and after shifts.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to handle plates, utensils, and equipment at various heights.
• Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use knives and food prep equipment safely.
• Mobility throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cases up to 50 pounds and respond to emergency situations.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires navigating the restaurant, communicating with guests, moving and handling items up to 25 pounds, bending, and stooping. Adequate vision is necessary for cleanliness checks and touchscreen operation. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
