LOCATION: 10455 NE 8th ST STE 20 Bellevue, WA 98004 (Lincoln Square)

PAY RANGE FOR LINE COOK: $22.00 - $24.44/hour

• Line Cook (Wok) = $23.50 - $24.44/hour
• Line Cook (Noodle) = $22.00 - $22.88/hour
• Line Cook (Steamer) = $23.50 - $24.44/hour

JOB PURPOSE:

Line Cooks (Noodle) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all of the noodle line items.

Line Cooks (Steamers) are responsible for steaming the dumplings for the guests, as well as helping support the dumpling team with preparing, assembling, and closing the dumplings.

Line Cooks (Wok) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all the wok line items.

• Wok experience required for the Line Cook (Wok) position
