Andy B's is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and plate fresh dishes to its standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will follow the recipes, help with opening and closing duties, and maintain proper labeling and food safety practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to handle a busy line while maintaining high quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary constraints and food allergies preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift to 20 lbs; occasionally to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures up to 100F.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a get-it-done attitude.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, loud environment.
• Food handling certifications required by local and state governments.

Line cooks are responsible for preparing fresh, quality, dishes in line with Andy B's recipe and plating standards. Our Line Cooks have a genuine passion for food and a desire to deliver the best dining experience for every guest, on every visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and plate menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Conduct opening/closing duties and maintain a stocked, clean, and tidy kitchen.
• Comply with food safety guidelines with labeling, dating, initially, and rotating food items.
• Properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
