Job summary

Heritage Oklahoma City is seeking a Line Cook to help prepare fresh, high-quality dishes in line with our recipes and plating standards. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen while upholding food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized station.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 6 months cooking experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary constraints and food allergies is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift to 20 lbs.; occasionally to 50 lbs.
• Ability to frequently work in temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, loud environment.
• Successful completion of food handling certifications required by local and state governments.
