Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Open/close duties; keep kitchen stocked, clean and organized.
• Follow food safety labeling, dating, rotation procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
