Andy B’s Entertainment in Branson, MO is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and plate menu items to recipe standards for a busy restaurant environment.

You will assist with opening/closing duties, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and follow food-safety guidelines. A minimum of 6 months cooking experience is preferred, with local/state food handling certifications required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary constraints and food allergies is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures up to 100°F.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, loud environment.
• Successful completion of food handling certifications required by local/state governments.

Line cooks are responsible for preparing fresh, quality, dishes in line with Andy B’s recipe and plating standards. Our Line Cooks have a genuine passion for food and a desire to deliver the best dining experience for every guest, on every visit.
