Qualifications

• Show up on time in proper uniform and complete all shift tasks.
• Step in to help teammates with dishwashing, restocking, cleaning or prep as needed.

We’re looking for a reliable, fast-paced, detail-focused Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for prepping ingredients, building pizzas to spec, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and keeping a clean, organized work area. Our line cooks are the heart of our operation—speed, accuracy, and top-level hospitality matter in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• -Prepare all ingredients daily according to prep lists (cheese, veggies, proteins, sauces, dough, etc.).
• -Build pizzas and menu items following exact recipes, portion standards, and speed-of-service targets.
• -Cook pizzas and other items using ovens or designated equipment while ensuring consistent quality.

Quality, Safety & Standards

• -Follow all food safety procedures, including temp logs, date labeling, sanitation, and handwashing.
• -Maintain cleanliness of the line, prep areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
• -Uphold QSC standards: Quality, Speed, Cleanliness at all times.
• -Report any product shortages, equipment concerns, or inconsistencies to management immediately.

Teamwork & Accountability

• -Show up on time, in proper uniform, ready to work.
• -Complete all assigned tasks and checklists each shift.
• -Take direction well and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• -Step in to help teammates without being asked—dish, restock, clean, prep, whatever the shift needs.
