Responsibilities
  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
  • Maintain proper setup of the kitchen/station daily.
  • Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
  • Set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store perishables daily to ensure quality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in a food service environment.
  • Food handler's permit, as required by law.
  • Brand certification, as required.
