Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary:
Crestview Country Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for members and guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to maintaining the club’s high standards of excellence in food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Support special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.
- Take direction from chefs and kitchen leadership, and be willing to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club setting.
- Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- ServSafe Certification (preferred).
