Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Line/Cook to craft Neapolitan-style pizzas for dine-in and DoorDash/Online orders. The role includes managing wings, salads, dips, lobster and appetizer lines, while keeping the station clean and adhering to recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good communication with team and servers.
• Able to work under pressure with many orders.
• Physical stamina to stand long shifts.

• Basic math skills for portioning.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.

Wed & Thurs: 3-9pm (close)
Friday: 3-10pm (close)
Saturday: 11am-10pm (close)
Sunday: 11am-8pm (close)

• Craft amazing Neapolitan-style pizzas for both in-house and DoorDash/Online orders
• Smoke and cook our wings to order
• Prepare salads to order
• Run Dip/Nacho Line to order
• Run Lobster Line to order along with lobster prep
• Run Appetizer Line to order
• Keep your station clean and organized
• Work alongside our team and be nice to work with
• Follow our recipes and standards
