Job summary

Rocco's NY Pizzeria in North Las Vegas is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy kitchen. You will use high-quality ingredients to craft meals and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

Ideal candidates are experienced, creative, and committed to safety and efficiency. You will set up the kitchen, prepare dishes, and uphold food safety standards, while supporting a fast-paced team and daily opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification - must have before starting position
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
