Alternate Ending Beer Co. is seeking a LINE COOK to join our brewpub kitchen. The role emphasizes hands-on cooking, following recipes, and collaborating on prep in a fast-paced setting.

We welcome all experience levels; part-time or full-time options exist with opportunities to learn seasonal sourdough and scratch cooking, plus a sign-on bonus and partial benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in the BOH preferred
• Ability to read and follow a recipe

• Attend meetings and trainings to learn and grow

Alternate Ending Beer Co is a brewpub that serves sourdough pan pizza and other high quality pub food made with seasonal ingredients. The successful candidate will have a hands‑on work ethic, energy, passion, creativity, and the desire to learn, grow and contribute. This position can be both part-time or full-time.

Position Requirements

• Love of food and hospitality
• 1+ years in the BOH preferred
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Ability to read and follow a recipe
• Lifting 50+ lbs, standing, navigating stairs, working in a kitchen with gluten and other allergens
• Reading and adhering to cleaning and safety protocols
• Being a team player, helping other departments with prep work, cleaning, etc...
• Attending meetings, trainings, and focusing on continuing education
• Work with team to create specials and specialty items
• Work holidays, weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
