Job summary

AES Corporation in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a Line Clearance Analyst to support the Vegetation Management team with administrative, financial, and operational tasks that keep the transmission and distribution system safe and efficient.

You will manage invoice processing, budgeting support, permitting, and customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure timely, accurate work and clear communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
• Experience with bookkeeping or budgeting and financial tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and billing, assist with budget tracking and cost reporting.
• Prepare, submit, and track required permits and supporting documentation.
• Receive, document, and route customer inquiries to AES personnel or contractor contacts.
