Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Line Chef to bring our scratch-made recipes to life on the hot line. You’ll prepare entrees, maintain station quality, and execute plating with precision in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Chef, you’ll master each kitchen station, uphold food safety, and collaborate with a team committed to clean, vibrant, and delicious meals.

This role offers growth within a dynamic, upscale fast-casual concept. 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens).
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong food safety knowledge and food handler certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line — broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill.
• Master recipes and techniques for every kitchen station (hot and cold).
• Build entrees quickly and accurately with great presentation.
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of the rush.
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours.
