goop kitchen is seeking a Line Chef to bring scratch-made recipes to life on our hot line in Costa Mesa, CA. You’ll master multiple kitchen stations, maintain great presentation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have solid knife skills, strong cooking techniques, and food safety know-how. English is essential; Spanish is a bonus for our diverse team and customers.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques (sauté, grill, ovens)
• Strong food safety knowledge and food handler certification
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen; health-forward or scratch-kitchen concepts welcome

Responsibilities

• Cook across the hot line—broilers, ovens, sauté, and grill
• Master recipes and techniques for every kitchen station (hot and cold)
• Build entrees quickly and accurately with great presentation
• Manage prep timing and par levels to stay ahead of the rush
• Multi-task across cold prep, hot line, and cleaning during peak hours
