Job summary

Schwan's is hiring for a full-time production role in Oklahoma. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble and package products in a food manufacturing environment, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. This position runs on a 5 a.m.

to 5 p.m. schedule with standard safety procedures and opportunities for advancement. Starting wage is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for eligible overnight hours; benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience or less.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk on concrete for long periods.
• Rotating schedules including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document any waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Follow GMPs, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.


• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.


• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.


• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.


• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.


• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.


• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
