CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment in Stilwell, OK. The position involves unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods, with emphasis on quality and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 years of experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors. This role supports a rotating schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; identify waste and notify supervisor of issues.
• Record waste, quality issues, and equipment problems as directed.
• Follow USDA/OSHA/GMP and safety regulations in all tasks.

What You Will Do

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.


• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.


• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.


• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.


• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.


• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.


• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
