CJ Schwan’s is seeking a full-time production associate in Fullerton, CA to unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while following safety and quality standards. The role offers starting pay of $19.00 per hour, weekly Friday pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a growing food-manufacturing company that supports employee development.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete for long periods.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motion capability.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, document waste, and report quality issues to supervision.
• Operate in compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMPs and company safety policies.

What You Will Do

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
