The Program Assistant supports children's development by assisting with daily activities, ensuring supervision, and fostering positive interactions. Working closely with the Coordinator and staff, they help maintain a high-quality program that follows established policies and best practices.
The purpose of this position is to support a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment by assisting with daily activities, supervising children, and ensuring program compliance. This position is considered exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

The starting pay for this position is between $16.89 - $21.79 and is based on School Board approved pay scale. Your initial placement is dependent on your qualifications (education and years of relevant experience).
