Job summary

Lil' Kickers is seeking a Supervisor to oversee all Lil' Kickers programming: training, customer service, hiring and staffing, marketing, POS updates, inquiries, and weekly class coaching. You will lead by example, maintain a safe, fun, and structured environment for participants, and greet families, explain policies, and collaborate with coaches.

This role requires weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; prior coaching or early childhood education is helpful but not

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a team player and a hard worker.
• Coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in early childhood education not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and customers.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome participants in class.
• Explain program rules and policies to kids and parents.
• Respond to customer service inquiries for your program.
• Adhere to safety rules for Lil' Kickers participants.
• Manage and organize coaching staff weekly.
• Assist coaches through training during the seasons.
• Distribute marketing initiatives each session.
