Job summary

Lil’ Kickers in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Coordinator to provide a safe, fun, and structured environment for participants; you will handle programming, customer service, staffing, marketing, POS updates, and lead by example while coaching weekly classes.

You must be a team player, reliable, able to communicate clearly with supervisors and families, and available on weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are offered along with benefits such as discounts and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
• Prior experience as a coach, but not required.
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome those participants in class.
• Explain all program policies to kids and parents.
• Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program.
• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil’ Kickers participants.
• Manage and organize Coaching Staff weekly.
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons.
• Distribute all marketing initiatives each session.
