Job summary

Lil’ Kickers Coordinator position available to provide a safe, fun, and structured environment for participants. You will oversee full Lil’ Kickers programming, including training, customer service, hiring, staffing, marketing, POS updates, inquiries, and leading by example while coaching weekly classes.

The role emphasizes coaching support, program policy communication, safety adherence, and weekly staff coordination, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Team player and hard worker.
• Prior coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
• Must communicate clearly with supervisors and customers.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds; stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome participants in class.
• Explain program policies to kids and parents.
• Respond to customer service inquiries about the program.
• Adhere to safety rules for Lil’ Kickers participants.
• Manage and organize weekly Coaching Staff.
• Assist coaches during training through seasons.

Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 16 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party/events.

Job Summary:

Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Lil’ Kickers participants. As a Lil’ Kickers Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire Lil’ Kickers Programming: Training, Customer Service, Hiring & Staffing, Marketing, Point of Sale system updates, Inquiries, and leading by example while coaching weekly classes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and welcome those participants in class

• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil’ Kickers participants
• Manage and organize Coaching Staff weekly.
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons
