Sofive Soccer Center is hiring a Lil' Kickers Coach to nurture young players and deliver a positive, fun learning experience on weekends. No prior coaching experience is required, as training is provided.

The role requires reliable weekend availability and a commitment to coaching for 13 weeks, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and teamwork. You will follow the weekly Lil' Kickers curriculum, engage with parents about progress, and help represent the brand at community events.

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child’s progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
