Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Lil' Kickers Coach to join our team and help nurture young players in a fun, safe environment. You will support weekly lessons, communicate with parents, and uphold Lil' Kickers standards during classes and events.

Ideal candidates are energetic, kid‑centric, and reliability‑minded, with weekend availability and a commitment to finishing a 13‑week program. Training is provided, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; no prior coaching experience required; training provided.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage children's behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
