Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, leasing, and budget management across multi-family communities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring tax credit compliance, handling deposits and rent collection, and assisting in marketing and renewals. We offer PTO, holidays, benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• 1 year of experience in LIHTC communities.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• COS designation preferred (for Section 8).
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Assist with customer service and leasing tasks.
• Ensure tax credit compliance through training, audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Assist and support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare all paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies and coordinate collections.
• Support resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations with the Community Manager.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
