Job summary

Peak Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC experience to support and assist in all community operations. Under the Community Manager, you will help supervise staff, drive leasing, handle audits for tax credit compliance, and assist in marketing and resident relations.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in onsite roles, 1 year LIHTC experience, and preferred HCCP/COS credentials.

Qualifications

• Three years on-site Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• One year of experience in LIHTC communities.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• COS designation preferred (for Section 8).
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in supervising community staff and leasing.
• Support customer service and leasing efforts with residents and prospects.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance through training, audits, inspections and reporting.
• Assist in leasing and marketing activities and lease paperwork.
• Review resident files, collect delinquencies and enforce lease terms.
• Support retention initiatives and daily community operations.
• Assist with rent collection, deposits and budgeting efforts.
