Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Perris, CA. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, leasing, and compliance across LIHTC communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multi-family housing or related fields.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; HCCP and COS designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community staff and operations.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts to drive occupancy.
• Ensure tax credit requirements are met through audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases and review resident files for delinquencies.
• Communicate with residents regarding balances and implement collection procedures.
• Support resident loyalty and retention initiatives and organize daily community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits; assist in budgeting and occupancy management.
