Job summary

LIHTC experience is required. The role includes supervising office and maintenance staff, implementing retention programs, and reporting on occupancy and financial performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• LIHTC experience required for position.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage community within budget and financial guidelines.
• Oversee leasing, collections, and resident services.
• Supervise office staff and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely apartment turnover.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Generate reports on Leasing Trends, Occupancy and Financials.
• Handle invoices and vendor relationships using Nexus.
