Qualifikationen

• LIHTC experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience in supervising office and maintenance staff and understanding budgetary controls.

Aufgaben

• Operate the community within the financial guidelines and approved budget.
• Ensure rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner; issue 5‑day notices and evictions.
• Work one weekend a month, preferably the first weekend of the month.
• Perform physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance for turnover units.
• Direct supervision of office staff and maintenance supervisor; oversee maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards; ensure compliance.
