Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Property Manager to oversee rent collection, LIHTC certifications, and lease enforcement for a Bronx NY portfolio. You will post payments, respond to questions, issue notices, and perform move-ins/recertifications aligned with LIHTC program requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing financial reports for regulators/investors, managing lease administration, and coordinating with tenants, clinical, and facilities teams to ensure timely repairs and occupancy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; business coursework preferred.
• Certification in LIHTC Compliance is required.
• Experience with Section 8, HOME and other HUD programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection and update tenant ledgers.
• Respond to tenant inquiries about billing and account status.
• Generate rent statements and notices for arrears monthly.
• Prepare reports for management and regulators.
• Complete LIHTC certifications and move-in/recertifications.
• Coordinate eligibility interviews and leasing processes.
• Maintain compliance with city/state/federal housing programs.
