Job summary

The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health is seeking a Property Manager to oversee rent collection, LIHTC certifications, and lease compliance for assigned buildings. You will post payments, respond to billing questions, issue notices, and prepare reports for regulators and investors.

You will coordinate with tenants, clinical and facilities teams to address arrears and repairs, manage eligibility interviews, process housing subsidies, and maintain files to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC compliance and housing subsidy programs.
• Strong knowledge of rent collection, ledgers and reporting.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection and post payments to tenant ledgers.
• Respond to billing inquiries and communicate account status.
• Generate rent statements and arrears letters monthly; outreach to tenants.
• Prepare financial reports for regulators or investors.
• Complete LIHTC certifications and annual recertifications.
• Manage leases, eligibility interviews, and document collection.
• Maintain files and ensure regulatory compliance.
