Responsibilities include LIHTC compliance & monitoring, annual budgets, rents collection, vendor communications, lease closings, and resident retention with emphasis on audits and timely financial reporting. Entrata experience preferred.

Qualifications

• LIHTC compliance and monitoring experience required.
• Experience managing budgets and income projections.
• Strong leasing and marketing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify tenant income/assets and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and posted.
• Communicate with vendors and manage contracts.
• Lead leasing to achieve full occupancy and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance and staff schedules.
• Monitor market data and report trends.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards.
• Oversee enrollment in compliance programs and audits.
