Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years supportive housing property management experience for 250+ units; familiarity with Yardi, Rent Stabilization Guidelines, and Fair Housing Laws; ability to read and understand property financial statements; LIHTC and Assisted Housing Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tenant selection, eligibility determination, leasing administration, initial certifications and recertifications per LIHTC; move-ins/outs, tenant orientation, rent collection and in-house stipulations.
• Maintain YARDI records of tenant activity and provide training in Yardi; support technical aspects for property management.
• Enforce rules and tenant relations for quiet enjoyment and safety; conduct inspections and coordinate repairs with Superintendent; monitor building violations.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for asset management/finance (vacancy, occupancy, rent rolls, arrears, legal, work orders).
• Maintain excellent relationships with external and community partners.
