Job summary

CTH Recruiting LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Fayetteville, NC to support daily operations of a LIHTC apartment community. The role includes leasing support, resident relations, compliance tasks, rent collections and recertifications.

Ideal candidates will have property management experience, LIHTC familiarity, and knowledge of leasing, compliance and software such as Rent Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, especially LIHTC properties.
• Knowledge of leasing, compliance and resident relations required.
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar software preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a tax credit apartment community.
• Assist with leasing, resident relations, compliance, rent collections and recertifications.
• Contribute to overall property operations and reporting.
