Pratum Companies is seeking a Community Manager in Maryland to oversee the daily operations of a Section 8 Base and Tax Credit property. You will lead onsite staff, supervise leasing and maintenance, and implement the annual business plan to maximize occupancy and financial performance while upholding Fair Housing standards.

The role requires strong leadership, comprehensive knowledge of HUD/LIHTC compliance, and experience in budgets, reporting, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience
• Compliance with Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting requirements
• COS or CPO certification
• Two years supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Accounts receivable and collections experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws
• Experience with unit/common area renovations

Responsabilités

• Manage property and staff ensuring compliance with HUD/LiHTC, HR and operations policies and procedures
• Oversee occupancy, rent collections, and certification processes
• Administer HUD recertifications and monitor agency compliance
• Lead outreach, sales, and customer service to meet targets
• Prepare reports of financial data to the Regional Property Manager and corporate departments
• Lead staffing, training, and development initiatives for the property
• Ensure property reporting is completed in a timely manner
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure policy compliance
