Job summary

ITEX Property Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all on-site operations for the community. You will maintain positive tenant relations, drive high occupancy, ensure physical upkeep, and develop marketing campaigns to attract tenants.

The ideal candidate should have LIHTC experience or familiarity with fair housing guidelines, and hands-on property management skills including staff supervision and financial oversight. This is a on-site role located in Orange, TX.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and fair housing laws is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with YARDI property management software preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office package and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, coordinates and supervises the duties of on-site staff.
• Ensure rent collection.
• Address tenant concerns and needs in a timely manner.
• Performs regular property inspections.
• Ensure staff follow proper tenant intake procedures.
• Ensure money management guidelines are followed.
• Develop and implement marketing to maintain high occupancy (95%+).
• Read and interpret profit and loss statements.
