Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience.
• CPM (Certified Property Manager), CPHM (Certified Public Housing Manager), LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) certifications preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing: process applications, prepare lease packages, and communicate with applicants.
• Manage site financial operations following company and government rules.
• Perform rent collection, deposits, and vendor invoicing.
• Monitor turnovers and major replacements; coordinate move-ins/outs and security deposits.
• Input guest cards and rent changes into Yardi; oversee evictions.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance; manage inspections.
• Coordinate marketing activities to promote the property and execute resident retention events.
