Brothers Property Management seeks a Community Manager in Denver to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring long-term viability of BPM properties with LIHTC experience. The role requires independent judgment, timely deadline management, and discretion in responsibilities.

Responsibilities include occupancy management, compliance reporting, office management, and strong customer service. Travel between properties in the Denver Metro area is required, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in LIHTC.
• Minimum of 2 years in property management, affordable housing preferred.
• COS certificate or equivalent housing knowledge certificates.
• Experience with property management software.
• Problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Advanced knowledge of property management systems, including financial skills.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations in compliance with federal, state and local housing laws.
• Monitor rent collection and late payments; conduct inspections.
• Maintain occupancy and certify resident eligibility per guidelines.
• Prepare move-outs, settlements, and collections; manage waitlists.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize turnover; oversee site staff.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and timely audits; communicate with vendors.
