Job summary

Pratum Co in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Tax Credit property. You will manage leasing, applications, and occupancy while ensuring LIHTC compliance and excellent resident service.

The role requires experience with LIHTC properties, Yardi/Rent Cafe, and strong sales and organizational skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe is required or highly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently.
• Flexibility to work scheduling including some weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and maintain occupancy at LIHTC property.
• Process applications, verify income, and complete LIHTC paperwork.
• Respond to leads, conduct property tours, and close leases.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and compliance with housing regs.
• Develop sales/marketing plans to increase traffic and revenue.
• Coordinate resident events and assist with move-ins.
• Maintain property knowledge and communicate with residents/vendors.
