Pratum Companies is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent for a LIHTC property in the United States. The role focuses on leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.

A background in affordable housing and LIHTC is highly valued. The ideal candidate will handle applications, verify income, respond to leads, conduct tours, and implement marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Two or more years in affordable housing and property management preferred.
• Proficiency with on-site resident management software (Yardi, Rent Cafe) expected.

Responsabilités

• Process applications, verify income and LIHTC paperwork.
• Lease apartments and promote property features to prospective residents.
• Respond to internet leads and conduct property tours per guidelines.
• Develop sales/marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain lease files, prospect traffic, and data entry accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing requirements.
