Qualifications

• LIHTC experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of Section 42 requirements and affordable housing compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing rental applications and calculating household income.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process for assigned community.
• Process rental applications and screenings.
• Coordinate move-ins and prepare leases.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and logs.
• Work with Property Manager to meet occupancy goals.
