Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at Sereno Hills, a LIHTC 117-unit community in Los Angeles, CA. You will support the Property Manager with leasing, collections, and service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office. LIHTC experience is preferred and Yardi/RealPage knowledge is a plus.

• LIHTC experience required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor collections, post rent payments, enforce the collection policy, and initiate legal action when required.
• Facilitate all aspects of apartment leasing: tours, applications, recertifications, and renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident issues and complaints promptly.
• Assist in all facets of physical and financial management as needed.
• Act as Property Manager in absence of the Manager for set periods.
• Prepare financial reports for the Property Manager and send notices.
• Monitor accounts payable workflow from PO to invoices.
