Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC, affordable housing, and/or HUD-assisted housing programs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage two properties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and rental criteria.
• Process rental applications per LIHTC guidelines and HUD requirements.
• Verify income and eligibility for program compliance.
• Prepare and maintain applicant and resident files.
• Manage leases, renewals, and related documents.
• Travel between two sites and coordinate across properties.
