Job summary

Monarch Management Group is seeking an Affordable Site Manager to oversee daily operations across our affordable housing communities. You will ensure leasing, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance are managed with an emphasis on resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires 2+ years in affordable housing, strong knowledge of LIHTC guidelines, and hands-on experience with Yardi and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines).
• Experience with Yardi and Microsoft 365.
• Detail-oriented with accurate tax credit file handling.
• Strong customer service and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the Compliance Expert: keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists accurate and audit-ready.
• Lead the Team: oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property pristine.
• Build Community: connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events.
• Drive Financial Success: collect rents and minimize delinquencies.
