BG Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an affordable housing community in Dade City, FL. The role focuses on Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and Low-Income Housing programs, delivering exceptional customer service to prospective residents.

You will greet applicants, conduct tours, process applications, assist with recertifications, and manage resident files in compliance with LIHTC regulations. The position is contract-to-hire with a $19/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing experience for apartment communities.
• Experience with LIHTC or Tax Credit properties is required.
• Familiarity with Low-Income Housing programs and compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and conduct property tours.
• Process applications and leasing paperwork.
• Assist with recertifications and residents files per LIHTC guidelines.
• Maintain occupancy goals via leasing and retention.
• Use software for records, reporting and lease management.
• Respond to resident inquiries with excellent service.
• Coordinate moves and communications with residents.
• Keep files and records accurate and up-to-date.
• Support management with daily admin tasks.
