Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a LIHTC Leasing Consultant for two affordable housing communities in Phoenix, AZ.

This full-time, on-site role will split time between two properties (three days at one site, two at the other) and focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and LIHTC compliance. The ideal candidate has LIHTC or HUD program experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and occupancy goals across two sites.

Qualifications

• LIHTC, affordable housing, and HUD-assisted housing program experience.
• Knowledge of income calculations and household eligibility for LIHTC.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and leasing compliance.
• Experience maintaining compliant files and preparing for audits.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents, present units, and explain rental criteria.
• Process applications and supporting documents per LIHTC guidelines and HUD requirements.
• Verify income, assets, student status and household composition for eligibility.
• Prepare and maintain applicant/resident files and lease documents.
• Coordinate leasing across two Phoenix properties and meet occupancy goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support marketing outreach and resident engagement activities.
