Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to market and lease LIHTC properties, ensuring a safe, attractive living environment and high occupancy. You will screen applicants, show apartments, prepare leases and maintain compliance with Fair Housing Act.

The role requires prior affordable housing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional weekend

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales or tax credit leasing experience preferred.
• COS and TCS certification or commitment to obtain.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease LIHTC properties; maintain occupancy and financial results.
• Show apartments and qualify prospects in compliance with program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act and related policies.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain records.
• Prepare and distribute operational/financial reports.
• Coordinate resident services and community activities.
